Weaning
What is weaning?
Introducing your baby to solid foods, often called weaning or complementary feeding, typically begins around 6 months of age.
At this stage, it's important to start offering a varied diet in addition to their regular breast milk or first infant formula.
Knowing when and how to start can be overwhelming, but there is a range of support on offer throughout the weaning process.
