Ideas for staying active
Keeping the family active can be tricky, particularly in the rain!
Did you know, children aged 5 to 18 need to be physically active for 60 minutes a day!
Children should also take part in a variety of exercise that helps develop movement skills, muscles and bones. Children should try to spread activity throughout the day to help reduce the time spent sitting or lying down.
