Snack Time Ideas

Snack time can be a great opportunity to help children reach that 5 a day!

 

Here are some fruits and vegetables you might not have

tried with your little one yet:

Kiwi

Mango

Plums

Avocados

Mangetout

Sweet Potato

Celery

Runner Beans

Sugar Snap Peas

 

 (While dried fruit are full of nutrients, they also contain lots of sugar. It is recommended to keep these to meal times)
